Welcome to Barcelona Exclusive. By booking a service through our website or directly with our team, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment may be required in advance to confirm your experience. Customized itineraries may involve separate agreements and deposits.

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the experience will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 4 to 10 days will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the experience are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

If a tour must be cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, force majeure), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

  1. Insurance & Liability

All Barcelona Exclusive tours are covered by liability insurance through Zurich Insurance, offering protection and peace of mind during our experiences.

While we take every possible precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, participants are still responsible for their own travel and health insurance. We recommend appropriate personal coverage for unforeseen circumstances beyond the scope of our insured liability.

  1. Personal Data & Privacy

All client information is handled in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.

  1. Photography & Testimonials

With your verbal or written permission, we may use photographs taken during experiences or selected client testimonials for promotional purposes. You may opt out at any time by emailing us directly.

  1. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate an experience, without refund, in case of behavior that is disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe for guides, partners, or other guests.

  1. Bespoke Experiences

Custom-designed experiences may require specific terms, especially concerning:

  • Booking deadlines

  • Third-party luxury providers (e.g., yachts, villas, private chefs)

  • Higher cancellation thresholds. These will be outlined clearly in each bespoke offer.
